📦 SHIPPING POLICY

- All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customers will receive a DHL tracking number once the package is shipped.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. - If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the new shipping fee to resend the package.
🚚 RETURNED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
- If a package is returned to sender, we will contact the customer as soon as we receive it back.

💰 REFUND POLICY

- Due to Hygiene and safety reasons ,refunds and returns are not accepted once an order processed or shipped.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they have already been paid to the courier.
- We do not accept returns or refunds of  products for hygiene reasons.
