Shipping policy


📦 SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customers will receive a DHL tracking number once the package is shipped.
  • Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
    We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or outdated address, the buyer will be responsible for paying the new shipping fee to resend the package.



🚚 RETURNED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

  • If a package is returned to sender, we will contact the customer as soon as we receive it back.
  • Customers may then choose one of the following:
    1. Reshipment – pay the new shipping cost to resend the order..

 

 

💰 REFUND POLICY

 

  • Due to Hygiene and safety reasons ,refunds and returns are not accepted once an order processed or shipped.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they have already been paid to the courier.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds of  products for hygiene reasons.
