RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, all sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before placing an order.

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Product Availability & Substitutions

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute the item with a similar product of equal value and quality. Customers will be notified before shipping.

If the customer prefers not to accept the substitute product, a store credit or alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
